MATE-N-LOK connectors

A versatile connector group featuring crimp, snap-in contacts for applications requiring high current carrying capabilities, and maximum resistance to shock, vibration and other adverse factors. Eliminate mounting and locking hardware. Self-locking feature maintains complete electrical integrity. These connectors use low cost pin and socket type contacts, and housings are made of flame retardant material. Fully polarized, they meet 600 volt U.L. and 380 volt VDC requirements. installed contacts are completely enclosed

General purpose panel mount

Includes crimp type pin & socket contacts Positive lock housings help eliminate accidental disengagement of mated connectors. No mounting hardware required; conveniently snaps into panel thickness of .025" to.055". Fully polarized for virtually error-free mating. Terminated contacts are hand inserted into housings. Free Hanging  MATE-N-LOK Connectors

includes crimp type pin & socket contacts Use where panel mounting connectors are not possible. Housings have positive lock when properly mated. High retention force of pins and sockets add to overall tightness of connection. Egg crate design of socket housing (plug) minimizes shock hazard and should be used on "hot" side of connector. MATE-N-LOK CONTACTS

Crimp Type Contacts

Contacts are crimped to wire using a hand crimp tool such as the 40-725, or equivalent. Removable, crimp snap-in contacts are rated up to 15 amperes. Tin plated brass construction makes them excellent for any use.

Permits speedy changes to circuits. Tool releases pin or socket locking lance for easy withdrawal without damage to MATE-N-LOK housing or contacts. Expedites damaged pin replacement, re-crimping, or wiring changes.
